God is so good to, He's so good to me!, As also the song says! Truthfully HE is good to us all! Through many dangers, toils and snares and so many sick times.
For sure he has brought me not just a long way but ALL the way of my life. So many blessings, I could never nae them all. But collectively, I count them all!
Just of late; I can not thank HIM enough for turning 60 years old! Successful cataract surgery on one eye and praying for the other one this week! Many sick times, but HE has lifted me each time. He has put all the right folk in place in my life to work HIS plan! I am so appreciative and the GLORY is all HIS! As my mother once said to me during an illness, HE didn't bring you this far to leave you now! So, I will go on with HIM, knowing it is not about me, but HIM and what I can do for HIM through others that will last beyond my years. I thank HIM for ALL my Family and Friends and even enemies. Because they to, help to shape who I need to be! Sincerely, LaVerne Midgette-Leach
We consider it an honor and a privilege to have served Mt Pisgah for the past seven years. We pause to say thank you for your support, your dedication to service and your faithfulness towards advancing the Kingdom.
To all whom visit our site and share in our various services we also say thanks and without your presence we would not be the Church Family that God is seeking in a time such as now. We as a family have faced many trials and challenges but we’ve learned to count it all as Joy. There is a saying that without a Test there is no Testimony. We as a family certainly have a Testimony.
Join us as we move forward into 2018 with the belief that the best is yet to come. Haggai 2:9 The Glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts.
Let`s hold onto the promises of old knowing that God’s word is still the same and yet very prevalent. Jesus Christ (The Word) The same yesterday and Today and forever.
Let us also challenge ourselves that we become excited about the future. Enter into 2018 being reminded of Jeremiah 29:11….For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
God has a plan just for you…….to give you hope and a future
We`re excited about the Future …….. What about you…… Join us as we continue to Press toward the Mark.
From Pastor and First Lady Vicky Eason
The prayer is a simple one: "And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, 'Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain. ' So God granted him what he requested."
